We had previously worked for this client on their Melbourne home. They wanted to develop the site at Flinders initially for family holidays, and looking to the future, to spend more time there than in Melbourne. The original nineteenth century cottage was retained as a guest house, but we designed a new house to replace the existing due to the significant repair costs that would have been required to restore and alter it. We provided full interior design services including; space planning, architectural design (in conjunction with an architectural draftsperson), interior design, documentation, constructions services and furniture procurement.
